MOZA R16 Wheelbase

The MOZA R16 is a 16 Nm direct drive wheel base that delivers precise, detailed force feedback for everything from GT racing to Formula cars. Its design is inspired by modern supercars, with a rigid two-tone aluminium alloy housing that feels solid and planted on your rig.

The optimised motor has virtually no torque ripple or cogging, so you feel braking, kerbs and slides clearly and smoothly. A high-resolution 18-bit encoder with excellent temperature stability tracks the wheel position precisely throughout long sessions.

Hands-off protection detects when you let go of the wheel, stops any oscillation and safely re-centres it. Dynamic force feedback damping increases at higher speeds and decreases at lower speeds, just like a real race car, and the FFB equaliser lets you fine-tune the feel for every car and track.

In the MOZA Pit House software you can check device status, adjust settings and load presets. Base, wheel and pedal settings can also be changed on the fly from the MOZA app, without reaching for a keyboard or mouse.
